This 45 instructional hour course is designed to assist persons desiring DC real estate property managers license topics include: introduction to property management, landlord tenant relations, physical management, fiscal management techniques, administrative management techniques, rental condo conversion and sales regulations, property management math, operating expense, ratios & cash flow analyses and different types of property management and more.
